Qi Gong For Constipation




Carry out this Qi Gong for Constipation as remedy:

(1) In the morning before breakfast, stand naturally, with two arms lifted backward, your two palms facing towards the back.

(2) Place feet shoulder width apart.

(3) Fold your fists forcefully. Meanwhile, inhale and tighten your anus (constrict and lift the anus).

(4) Keep this position for two seconds. Then exhale and relax your anus muscles and fists.

(5) Repeat the process 30 times. You can also do this exercise on your bed for 5 minutes every morning.
