Tilting Your Body



1) Stand in a comfortable position with your feet about shoulder width apart. Let your arms hang loosely at your sides.

2) Tilt your body sideways by bending at the waist. Move slowly and go as far as you comfortably can.

First tilt to the right, then to the left.

3) Repeat 9 times
