The Acupressure techniques are effective self-helped Chinese massage methods. It stimulates the body to regulate and balance the Yin and Yang of the human body, and improve the functions of the meridians and the circulation of Qi and the blood. It is also effective in treating a wide range of disorders and chronic conditions.



The Commonly Used Techniques

Some of the main techniques that you can use are: pressing, kneading, rubbing, pushing, scrubbing, grasping, patting, rub rolling and wiping.

During the self-help process, do not worry if the technique you use is not exactly the same as those used by the practitioners. Just use the one that feels best to you.
