Breath Deeply And Rhythmically
Promote Healthy Chi Energy

Techniques to care for your Chi energy - The air we breathe is also a main source of chi.

One of the simplest ways to facilitate the healthy movement of chi through your body is to breathe deeply, fully, and rhythmically.

Most of us, however, inhale shallowly and don't exhale completely. When we are upset or under stress, we may hold our breath or take many short, irregular breaths.

Become conscious of the way you breathe and, if necessary, adjust your breathing patterns.

When you inhale, fill your lungs and allow your chest and abdomen to expand. When you exhale, dispel as much air as possible from your lungs. Proper breathing increases the amount of oxygen in your bloodstream and improves circulation. Slow, deep, rhythmic breathing also relieves tension and can help you stay calm under pressure.

Tips to care for your Chi energy - By now, nearly everyone is aware of the dangers associated with cigarette smoking.

Hundreds of thousands of people die each year from smoking-related causes. Even occasional smoking taints the chi in the air your breath and brings toxins into your lungs.
