Chinese Herbal Medicine For Hair Loss

(1) Drink fleece flower root tea:
Ingredients: 1/2 oz. processed fleece flower root.
Procedure: Cut the fleece flower root into small pieces. Soak in a coffee maker with boiled water for four to eight hours until the color becomes brownish red. Drink as tea. Add more boiled water into the coffee maker, until the color of the tea becomes light. Meanwhile, use a magnet to rub the affected area.

(2) Eat 1/2 oz. of sunflower seeds every day.

(3) Soak five red dates in water until puffy. Cook the dates with 1 1/2 cups of water in a pot for 10 minutes. Crash the egg into the pot and cook for another 30 seconds. Eat before bedtime.

(4) Eat sesame seeds and walnuts with sugar:
Ingredients: 8 oz. black sesame seed, 8 oz. walnuts, 2 oz. sugar.
Procedure: Stir-fry sesame seeds and walnuts until well done. Don't overcook. Place sugar in a pan with a little water. Heat and mix to make a thick sauce. Add sesame seeds and walnuts. Stir well. Turn off the heat. Pour onto a big plate with a little cooking oil on the surface. Eat 2 oz. at a time, twice a day.
