Qi Gong For Hemorrhoids
Do this effective self-healing method - qi gong for hemorrhoids twice daily:
(1) Stand in a quiet room. Relax the whole body. Tuck the buttocks in. Concentrate your mind on the practice. Breathe naturally.
(2) When you inhale, place the thighs together with force and raise the tongue against the hard palate. At the same time, constrict and lift the anus as if to restrain defecation.
(3) Hold the breath for 2 seconds. Then exhale and relax the anus.
(4) Repeat this sequence for five minutes. Do this exercise two times a day.
